The 30-year-old, Austrian forward was close to leaving East London at the beginning of the year before signing a new five-year deal with the Hammers.However, the former Stoke, Werder Bremen, and Inter Milan forward asked the club to sell him after renewed interest from China. Arnautovic joined West Ham from Stoke in 2017, scoring 22 goals in 65 appearances during his time in claret and blue.West Ham have already started searching for another talented striker to lead their forward line.
